Grandma's Pumpkin Bread
Combine in bowl:
3 1/3 c sifted flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Combine in blender:
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned
pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1 c chopped nuts
Combine dry and wet and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Perfect Quiche
Cook time: 15 minutes
Yield: 8 pieces
Ingredients
2 eggs beaten
2 T flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 c. tuna, salmon, chicken or broccoli
6-8 oz. cheese
1/3 c. onions
Directions
1. Combine everythig and pour into an unbaked pie crust
2. Bake @ 400 until the middle is puffed up
